Walking the Walk® Youth Initiative

The nationally-recognized Walking the Walk® youth initiative brings youth (9th-12th grades) together from across different faith and spiritual traditions to learn about the religious and cultural diversity of our region, strengthen their identity and values, and grow as leaders with empathy, curiosity, and skills for allyship and solidarity.

Field-tested in urban and suburban settings with schools and congregations of many faiths over the course of 20 years, the Walking the Walk® youth initiative features an innovative curriculum designed by a multi-faith professional team with expertise in youth development, service-learning, and systems change.

This cohort will be based in the Broomall/Media areas, with visits to houses of worship of participating students.
