Bronwen is the Director of the Leadership Institute at Interfaith Philadelphia, where she develops and facilitates workshops, trainings, and professional development programs on interfaith engagement, civil discourse, and leadership. She has designed and led initiatives such as the Visionary Women cohort experience and the train-the-trainer program, equipping facilitators to expand the reach of interfaith dialogue.

With a background in education, leadership training, and curriculum development, Bronwen has worked extensively in the faith sector, guiding individuals and organizations in fostering meaningful connections across differences. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Education from Bryn Athyn College and a certificate in Social Impact Strategy from the University of Pennsylvania.

In addition to her work at Interfaith Philadelphia, Bronwen is a contemplative painter and a Certified Mindfulness Meditation Teacher. She lives in Montgomery County with her family.
