Coaching & Consultation
Interfaith Philadelphia offers confidential coaching and consultation for managers, human resources professionals, and diversity personnel who need guidance on navigating employees’ diverse faith traditions, practices, and needs. Our team is available to work with employers on specific situations, answer general faith-related questions, and provide advice on accommodating religious observances in ways that align with organizational values and help prevent conflicts. Consultations are available both in-person and by phone.
